ATRPMS dependencies conflict

Yes, it is, and it looks like "the other" package comes from
freshrpms <murmling some rant about repos dropping repotags>.

So it's a compatibility bug between freshrpms and atrpms. Since both
share the same bugzilla even more so a reason to file a bug report.

The fast way out would be to remove libmp3lame and replace it with the
rest, but that's probably not something yum can do in one step, and I
wouldn't want to officially recommend using rpm -e --nodeps. smart and
apt can do it in one step, though, if you don't want to use --nodeps.
