Hmm... That looks like a reasonable idea.

This could work similarly as a Postfix SPAM/Virus deterrent

smtpd_delay_reject = no
smtpd_helo_restrictions = reject_unauth_pipelining
smtpd_data_restrictions = reject_unauth_pipelining
