F7: Yelp never finds anything...

Hello,

You know, I've been using Fedora since FC1. I have never been able to
search for info using Yelp.

Right now, in F7, I am able to search "some" content with satisfactory
results, but not all of it.

For example, if you try searching "rsync", you won't get any results...
If you go to "Manual Pages > Applications"; using the left menu, you
will be able to find "rsync" among a long list of apps.

I think it is very important to fix/include all this entries and man
pages on the index db.

Is this a bug???
