Hi,

under "visual effects" -> "wobbly windows" -> "shortcuts" -> "Basic" -> 
"Shiver" -> the keyboard value was the string "none", instead of 
"Disabled".  It's possible, that I entered this string accidentially.

The behaviour is strange, though!
