Here's a different angle on it: why not copy the stuff you want
to pass on to some temporary place -- like a DVD or an external hard
drive; then run DBAN; then do a fresh install of Fedora; then copy the
contents of the DVD or external drive back onto it?
Wouldn't you end up with the same result? And be *sure* of having
exercised discretion?
Or am I missing something obvious?
