[F8] Local fedora bug reporting system woes?

This is the first time I have seen this, but it seems that the bugs at localhost
bug reporting system has broke?  Can someone tell me what it is and perhaps
what I need to do to repair this?  I am getting smashed with daily emaillings
such as these below:

Can't connect to the database.
Error: Access denied for user 'bugs'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
  Is your database installed and up and running?
  Do you have the correct username and password selected in localconfig?
