 y4mscaler \
 kdemultimedia-extras-nonfree \
 avidemux \
 akode-extras \
 ffmpeg-libs \
 libquicktime \
 mencoder \
 qdvdauthor  \
 mjpegtools-libs \
 xine-lib-extras-nonfree \
 x264.i386 

also try this (if it isn't already installed)

yum install system-config-printer
