[F8] Clamav-server 0.91.2-3 - what's with the changes?

Seems that this version is missing some files:

/etc/clamd.conf
/etc/init.d/clamd

I note that in /etc/init.d, there is a file called:
clamd-wrapper

So, the question is, what are we to do with the missing
configuration file and why the clamd-wrapper?

most installation docs refer to so what is the configuration
and startup procedure involving the latest clamav-server?
