F8 install loop on a dell gx270

The machine boots the cd or dvd fine boot strap loads, tries to set up some 
PCI parameters (That's the last thing I see and not all of the msg) before 
the whole machine reboots.

Not sure that it's DMA I tried turning that off same result.
