How to setup dual monitors with FC5?

I struggled with this through a number of iterations. It now works on my 
Thinkpad T42P. The video card is 
ATI Technologies Inc M10 NT [FireGL Mobility T2] (rev 80). Below is a copy 
of my /etc/X11.xorg.conf
