Problems installing FC6 with an Asus P5B motherboard

Hello,

I can't seem to install FC6 on a machine with an Asus P5B
board. I've got a error right i at the start.
Aparently it's the JMicron PATA controller (from what I've been able
to understand).
Does anyone knows how to get around this?
