This is not going to help unless remote administration is turned on.
The problem is that as far as router B is concerned, the network
with router A is the Internet. So the default configuration is going
to block any attempt to connect to the 192.168.2.z network from the
192.168.x.x network. Now, if you can turn off and the firewalling of
router B, as well as NAT, then you may be able to connect. With the
current configuration, computers A, B, and C should not be able to
connect to computer D, or router B, except as a response to
connections established by computer D. The exception to this is any
port forwarded connections set up on router B, and then only by
trying to connect to 192.168.x.100.
