Sendmail Access DB

I'm using several milters on my setup, date, 7bit, gris, and null.
I'm having an issue sending mail to a particular mailserver. I always
get time outs waiting for greeting.

I was trying to add that domain to my access file, thinking that is
the correct way to fix this error, but it doesn't seem to help.

my access file has:

@brokendomain.com     OK

Is this correct? Is this even the way to fix the problem with sending
email to this domain?
