PHP Perl GD

Hi all,

I was just trying to use php with gd and found

Call to undefined function gd_info() ...

which seems to point to missing gd libraries. However gd is
definitely installled and worrks without problems with perl.
I'm using a regular fc6 installation with recent updates.

Do you have any helpful ideas to solve this problem ?
