What is happening is the Xorg update overwrites libglx.so . Easiest way
to fix is to recreate the link:

cd /usr/lib/xorg/modules/extensions
mv libglx.so libglx.so.xorg
ln -s libglx.so.1.0.9631 libglx.so

ls -l libglx.so*

lrwxrwxrwx 1 root root     18 Jan 10 08:39 libglx.so -> libglx.so.1.0.9631
-rwxr-xr-x 1 root root 675436 Dec  6 09:54 libglx.so.1.0.9631
