There is a big difference in speed between VMWare Server and VMWare 
Runtime.  The runtime is a lot faster. I use Server to create images and 
runtime to actually use them.  Neither would be good for gaming.  (At 
least 1st person shooters.  Maybe after a few whiskey shooters...)
