Greetings;

Persuant to my font problems I thought I'd run yumex and see if I had any
oddballs installed, but:

Component: yumex
Version: 1.2.2
Summary: TB03120a34 yumexmain.py:1045:_runBackground:CompsException

This is the second time, the first time it didn't save the crash when I
asked it to. After that run I'd deleted the db__* files
from /var/lib/rpm as that seems to be the std cure for what ails
rpm/yum/yumex.

The onscreen traceback from the first time, which I killed with a ctrl-c
after 10 minutes or so:

Now I'm doing an rpm --rebuilddb, but I don't expect that to fix this.

Is there a fix I can apply here? Please?

Frankly, FC6, despite my intentions of keeping it cleaner than my old FC2
install, is proving itself to be many times more fragile than FC2 ever
was.
