Now try running them with SELinux enabled.  They will all run without you 
making any changes at all.  You can always disable it later if you have 
problems, but I'll bet you don't have any.

Something else that's queer about your install.  Evolution is not the default 
for kde.  Anyway, it's easily altered.  KControl > KDE Components > Component 
Chooser > Email Client > Use KMail as preferred email client (or Use a 
different email client: yourchoice).
