We've already been over this.  His citizenship was established and he
was turned over to authorities within the US.  So it's not "maybe", it's
"no".

If you want to know what's legal with regard to the constitution I
suggest you read it.  In the meantime, if you are not a US citizen and
you are actively working against the US, that's your little red wagon.
