problems with fedora core 6 in compaq V3133AU laptop

Thanks for the suggestion.

>Open the volume controls, then look through the preferences.    At first
only master and pcm controls were visible in volume control preferences. And
there were no other controls like headphones, speaker etc. But after
yesterdays update controls like headphones and speaker have appeared in
volume control preferences. Its really weird but i am happy.
