export LC_ALL=ar_**.UTF-8

** will be your country code. If you're not sure what it is, you
caneliminate it and the preceding underscore, like such:
export LC_ALL=ar.UTF-8

If you want, tell me what country you are in and I'll send to you the
correct command.
