Problem with livna repo and fedora-release-6.90-1

The livna repo is working fine.

You do realize that you are using Fedoa testing/development version
and that your livna is set to support the release version?

Take a look at the output. A 404 error means what you are looking for
does NOT exist.
If you go to http://rpm.livna.org/fedora/, there is no 6.9 version.

Look in /etc/yum.repos.d
Disable your standard livna.repo and enable the repo for development.
