This shouldn't have the http://. Any reason you don't use
www.pilotalk.com here? You're using it below in the redirect I
notice.

There's a missing space between Directory and /. It should read:
<Directory />
Options FollowSymLinks
Check the apache error log for potential problems being logged. It's
at /var/log/httpd/error_log.
