SATA problems

Hello everyone,
               I have installed Fedora 7 on my system with an MSI MS-7191
motherboard,AMD Athlon 64 3000+ CPU,1GB RAM and
               160GB SATA hard disk.My motherboard supports hard disk speed
of 150MB/s but i get only 15MB/s speed while i
               am copying.Are there any additional drivers to install?The
system loads the sata_sil driver.

Please help me
