I just thought to test mine. The hardware was $10.00 so it is not
the best from China or somewhere but it works just fine with F7 Fedora
(2.6.21-1.3228.fc7)
kernel and it was fine with FC6 and FC4.

My 2GB sim loaded right up as expected.
