libgcc and gcc deleted

We might be able to help a bit better if you told us why you can't
reinstall, or, even better, gave us the exact error messages. What
happens when you do this:

rpm -V gcc libgcc
yum install gcc libgcc

Please copy and paste the exact results into your reply.
