serious genisoimage problem

If I generate an iso image using mkisofs from genisoimage-1.1.16
with rock ridge and joliet extensions and burn it on a DVD, the
DVD is unreadable in Windows. Windows just tells me that the
DVD is corrupted.

Reverting back to genisoimage-1.1.12 fixes the problem.

I'm running f7 on x86_64.

Where do I bugzilla this? I can't find genisoimage on the
component list.

I figured this out after having burned 22 DVD's... :-( :-( :-(
