Looking for FastCGI and FastCGI-devel for F7

I'd like to compile and run FastCGI programs written in C. I use
Fedora 7. Are there packages available for this purpose, or do I just
need to install FastCGI by hand?

I did find mod_fcgid via yum ("binary-compatible" with mod_fastcgi),
but I didn't find a mod_fcgid-devel or anything to build FastCGI
programs.
