I installed a new FC7, and did a complete "yum update". To eliminate
the dependency problem, I did "yum install dkms", and then followed the
procedure recommended by David Corrigan.

It really looks pretty good, but still doesn't work. At first it
complained that there was no device, and I should check the wire.
I fiddled a little, and it is now complaining that my key is too
large or otherwise wrong. It seems to be assuming that I am using
WEP. In fact I am using WPA/PSK, and I see no way to inform it of
that. My key is a long string of random bytes that pass isgraph()
and are not single quote: \' . It works fine with WinXP.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Mike.
