PDF as forms

it doesn't seem to be packaged for FC-6 but it definitely installed for
F7 but I was looking for something more like pdfedit which is packaged
and available via yum for both FC-6 and F7.

It does seem to be a work in progress but it is the type of thing I was
looking for - thanks
