Yes, my bad. :-(
yum install phpMyAdmin

However, "yum search ..." is more forgiving to us humans that tend to 
ignore case so often. :-)

yum search phpmyadmin  (note all lower-case)
will reveal the proper package name (phpMyAdmin) to install
