problem connecting to my linus server with rsa keys through Putty on Windows

What instructions?  The authorized_keys2 file is a relic and need not
be used any more.  Put all of the keys you want to use in the
~/.ssh/authorized_keys file.

and ensured that the permissions were correct with ls -0lr.  Here are

It may help to enable some debugging in putty (I don't know what
options there are to do that, but I'm fairly sure there are some).
You can also look in /var/log/messages and /var/log/secure on the
server.
