basically all you do is do a 'yum clean all' and run 'rpm -Uhv
ftp://download.fedora.redhat.com/pub/fedora/linux/releases/7/Fedora/i386/os/Fedora/fedora-release-7.noarch.rpm'.
 Then, when you do a yum upgrade you'll have fedora 7.
