Upgrading mail/webserver with 512mb of ram

I have a web/mailserver that is currently running FC5.

I was thinking about upgrading it to Fedora 7 in the next several days by
booting it off of a CD and pointing it to the image on my fileserver.

This is the output of "free":

Do I have enough ram to run the upgrade?  Should I run it in text mode?  Or do
you have any other suggestions?
