What to do after yum install bugzilla?

Well, I'm not going to install bugzilla, but I'd suggest "rpm -ql bugzilla"
to find out what comes with it.  Maybe the docs are in
/use/share/doc/bugzilla*/.  The README file may say what to do.  Also try
googling.
