how to set --exclude for yum?

   Can anyone explain how to configure yum to
effectively do a...

--exclude=kmod-fglrx --exclude=xorg-x11-drv-fglrx --exclude=xorg-x11-server-Xorg

in an user account? I would like to set up yum to avoid upgrading those
packages until ATI releases updated fglrx drivers. Thanks in advance.
