F7: Desktop Effects bug with nVidia GPU

I also think that this is a bug, and it was seen in FC6.

There is a work around (at least for me).

By adding beryl-manager and beryl to my personal startup, the window 
manager would load correctly when I logged in.


System/Preferences/More Preferences/Sessions and Startup Programs tab.

The window manager can also be started manually from the beryl-manager 
(red diamond) in the task bar.
