network monitoring

The issue here is how do you define monitor... you can monitor the
users usage of such protocols, ie how much traffic is the user
generating and on what ports/protocols/urls etc ..... ,  or you can
monotor to actual content of the the data transmitted ..

Which of these are you aiming for ?
