please check your repo file for updates:

it should be:

mirrorlist=http://fedora.redhat.com/download/mirrors/updates-released-fc$releasever

gpgkey=file:///etc/pki/rpm-gpg/RPM-GPG-KEY-fedora

Same problem here during upgrade (old repo didn' work, different baseurl!!!
