F7 Printing Bug, and Thunderbird problems

Just to clarify -- you only get shown the list of drivers when you edit
an existing queue.  When adding a new queue it selects the recommended
one for you, and you never have to even see the list.

So what is 'filename'?  What type of file is it?  What does 'file
