What is en_US ?

Maybe we all should learn Esperanto - its designed to be efficient and
make sense. Which is probably the reason very few people are familiar
with it - no fun in that.

Just a token to the subject of this group - I wonder if Fedora has an
Esperanto language option - I'll have to check that out.
