How to change login user picture

In case anyone is trying to find it. (On a KDE
desktop)

In control center go System Administration -> Login
Manager. Then enter Administration Mode.  Click on the
Users tab.  Click the Show List option on the Left
side of the screen. On the right side you will see a
section labeled "User Images". Click on the drop box
to choose the user, then click on the image box below
that to choose the image. (Note: there is no preview
when you select the file. So, you might want to look
it up in an image-viewer, first)
