F7 install puts no entries in /dev,/proc/ and /sys [SOLVED]

Yes I did do a clean install f7 on sdb, I just mounted it on /1 so I
could copy files over.
I marked this problem a solved last night but the message started a new thread.

The directories were there but they were empty.
