F7 Cups idling at booting

It sounds like a name resolution is taking a long time.  Things to

 * /etc/hosts

 * the ServerName directive in /etc/cups/cupsd.conf -- this defaults to
the server's hostname if not present

 * does this command take ages too?: host "$(hostname)"
