Due to my own procrastination on this, I need to get this done within 24
hours from now because, if I'm going to return the printer, that would
have to happen tomorrow for convenience.

In another thread I'm working on mounting FC6 from Fedora 7. Then, I'll
backup some data. Then, install FC3 to where FC6 was. Then, edit grub
to boot into FC3.

Or, hell, it might be easier to just install FC3 where Fedora 7 is. &%$^

When I install FC3, will I need to burn the six to twenty (kidding) cd's,
or can I do an http askmethod install?

IIRC, it goes like:

linux askmethod

choose http

mirror: kernel.org/.../FC3/os/

something like that. Or, leaving aside that. thinking outloud. I
download the FC3 dvd.iso onto Fedora 7 partition.

I'll google a bit but I can setup a yum repo in Fedora 7.

I bit off more than I can chew. This is all do-able, but I should've set
it up prior to purchasing the printer. #$@%$^&#

Just venting.
