Where to Download all FC 6 and Fedora 7 latest update

I tried FC6 respin couple of weeks (months?) ago and the seeding of 
torrent is so poor, that after couple of days of downloading the .iso I 
gave up. Installing original FC6 and running yum upgrade was just much 
faster (yes, I have no limit on amount of bandwidth I use here).

Just one datapoint, of course.
