yum-utils in F7?

Yes, the DVD is a subset of available F7 packages. It does not include
packages from the merged Extras repository. If you desire to keep a
local mirror  to sync your local mirror with the
/fedora/releases/7Everything and /fedora/updates/7 repositories.
