F7 DVD problem -

I have been  looking for a difference that might account for the F7 DVD 
failing to boot but have not been able to determine why   It's as though 
it's not even in the computer, the computer just goes on to do a normal 
system boot from the hard drive.

Can anyone suggest what I might look for to be wrong?
