fedora 7, intel pro/1000 MF Dual port server adapter, ip address can't bind

Hi all

I install intel pro/1000 MF Dual port server adapter in fedora 7and use the system-config-network to configure the Intel card

it is ok and eth0 eth1 are in the /etc/sysconfig/network-script
dmesg and ifconfig can see the correct eth0 and eth1

When I restart the network or reboot the computer, the ip address doesn't bind the card.

What is wrong of it?

it only has this message "SIOCGIFFLAGS: No such device"
