FC7 K3b

[Roberto Malinverni]

This was true since kernel 2.6.9 (IIRC) and cdrecord.
Wodim has no problem at all with it. I run it SUID in F7, with a K3b rpm
that I build myself enabling k3bsetup2.
It works fine.
